AS OF MARCH 16, 2020, FLAGLER COUNTY HAS DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY.  GATHERINGS OF TEN (10) OR MORE PEOPLE ARE DISCOURAGED.  THE STATE OF FLORIDA HAS DECLARED THAT BARS AND NIGHTCLUBS BE CLOSED FOR 30 DAYS.  RESTAURANTS CAN ONLY OPERATE AT FIFTY (50) PERCENT (%) CAPACITY.  WE IN THE TOWN OF BEVERLY BEACH ABIDE BY THE MANDATES AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF BOTH GOVERNMENT ENTITIES.  OUR REGULARLY SCHEDULED MONTHLY TOWN COMMISSION MEETING IN APRIL IS POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

IN THE CASE OF EVACUATION ORDERS, TWO SHELTERS ARE MADE AVAILABLE:  RYMFIRE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 1425 RYMFIRE DR., PALM COAST FOR SPECIAL NEEDS AND BUNNELL ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, 305 N. PALMETTO STREET, BUNNELL FOR THE GENERAL POPULATION AND PETS.
